个人简历

杨振国,博士,教授,博导。1978.21988.3 华东理工大学本科生、硕士生、博士生,1988.3获博士学位;1994.41995.5  德国国立德累斯顿聚合物研究所博士后(Institute of Polymer Research Dresden e.VGermany);1996.21997.7德国慕尼黑技术大学客座教授  (Technical University of MunichGermany);2009.22009.7 德国纽伦堡科技大学 访问教授(University of Applied Sciences Nuremberg, Germany);1997.9-至今 复旦大学材料系 副教授、教授、博导、复合材料室、复旦-安捷利全印制电子研发中心主任。 

学术职务

中国机械工程学会失效分析专家,中国印制电路行业协会全印制电子分会副会长,中国机械工程学会失效分析分会、中国体视学会金相与显微分析分会、中国表面工程协会电镀分会常务理事,中国石油和石化工程研究会、中国硅酸盐学会玻璃钢分会理事,全国标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC72)、中国复合材料学会微纳米复合材料专委会、中国金属学会耐磨材料学术委员会委员,上海市印制电路行业协会顾问及上海市电子学会理事;兼任《电子电镀》杂志副主编,《Scientific Journal of Materials Science》、《玻璃钢/复合材料》、《理化检验-物理分册》杂志编委。

科研教学

研究方向为复合材料、失效分析和印制电子。主要成果有:省部级科技进步奖8项、技术发明奖1项、发明专利奖1项和国际工博会中国高校优秀展品奖1项。国内外杂志上已发表论文180余篇 (SCI/EI论文100多篇), 申请国家发明专利20余项 (已授权11)。曾获上海市育才奖、复旦大学优秀研究生导师奖,培养指导研究生50多人,其中9人在国内外学术会议上获奖。现主讲课程三门:《材料科学导论》(复旦大学校级精品课程)、《材料失效分析》(复旦大学校级精品课程)和《材料化学-II(复旦大学研究生教学成果二等奖)
